Share your order ID and product photos
Returns or refund requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Products returned to us should be unused, in their original condition, and packed safely with all accessories or packaging that came with the order whenever possible.
Personalised, made-to-order, or custom gift items are generally not eligible for return simply because of a change of mind. If a custom order reaches you damaged, defective, or different from the approved details, contact us and we will review it on priority.
Once a return or complaint is approved, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method. Bank and payment gateway timelines can vary, so reflected credit times may differ after approval.
If a replacement is more suitable than a refund, our team may offer that option based on stock availability and the nature of the issue.
We may be unable to approve returns for used products, items damaged after delivery due to misuse, or complaints raised long after the stated support window without a verifiable shipping or quality issue.
